Are they actually coming to the UK?
So many promises. So few products.
Are they actually coming?!

Is this the full z-wave range available in the UK? I was hoping for some light-level sensors and some less obtrusive appliance controllers (perhaps mounted within the socket housing) I was also hoping to write some custom interface software, is this possible with the USB interface or am I restricted to using the homeseer software?

Nothing yet, press release just out. I've emailed asking for retail prices and ETA in UK.

We ordered samples of both IR and door/window sensors for ca. 1 week ago :-)

Everspring
Hi - new here. Very interested in all of this so I decided to contact Everspring about their products to find if they had a distributor, etc. Here's their reply:
-----
Dear Patrick,
Thank you for your inquiry about our Z-wave products.
However, we don’t sell to individual. Our MOQ is 500pcs.
Till now, we are still looking for the distributor in UK.
-----
Anyone here know of a company that is willing to distribute the Everspring products. They're only 4 of them (door/window contacts, PIR and two appliance modules.)
If this seems to be the biggest problem they're having, then I'm hoping someone in these forums might know of someone that's willing to distribute their products.

Patrick - I gave Amy from Everspring the names of some HA companies in the UK but unfortunately none of them were interested in the 500 minimum order quantities.

Ouch!
Well that stinks. I guess 500 is too many to have around. Requires storage space and since the products are as popular or known... Well, then what's there to do.
I guess I'll keep on looking around. Maybe some of the bigger stores would be interested, like Homebase, B&Q and such... Anyone have contacts in any of those companies?! I'll have to shake my network a bit see if I can find anything.
