    Default Lamp module question

I know these are designed for momentary switches but can they be used with latching switches and reduced functionality?

For example is it possible to wire them in parallel with a switch so that the module can turn the light on and off as long as the switch is open. With the switch closed the module would be bypassed and the light on all the time.

Is there a good page with a load of X10 wiring examples? I'm familiar with house wiring but I've not had a close look at X10.

It actually depends on which modules you are talking about
Micro modules such as the as the LW12 can only use a momentary switch.
Why not use an appliance module as these can use normal latched switches, AW12, and would turn you lights on and off.
If you have a look at http://x10-hk.com/store/index.php?cPath=21_29 the micro modules they sell, I think, can be used with normal latching switches, as the dim and bright functions can only be accessed by an X10 controller. Email Kevin Lo the guy who runs the shop and ask him to make sure. There are quite a few articles on the site on how to wire up the modules.
