Kitchen refurb - What should I be including?

We are planning a full kitchen refurb for next spring.

By full, I mean stripping out the old kitchen (of course) and also the failing lathe-plaster ceiling, blown bits of wall plaster, floor etc...
... at the same time we will be replacing the system boiler (because it needs a bigger gas pipe which will have to go under the kitchen floor) and the CU (because it's old & too small & has no RCD protection anywhere).

I'm just wondering what kitchen-related HA other people have implemented, as I'm sure there are things I've not even considered (yet). ... now's my chance to sneak them onto the budget without the wife noticing!

Any suggestions?
