Boiler makes a high pitched screeching noise only when using the hot water reckon its the heat exchanger or the divertor vavle any one any idea,s before taking them off and cleaning them Cheers

yes i'd go for the colorifier If your competent and doing it yourself,

i wouldn't spend any money on it, i'd put up with the noise and save up for a new boiler.
