    Self powered X10 switch

    Hi All,
I remember reading somewhere - maybe 'Prof Electrician' of an x10 or RF switch that generates it's own power from the rocker movement.... Does anybody have any info ?
Client has decided he wants a single pole switch on a 'finished' plaster wall. I wanted to avoid a battery unit if possible & surface trunking is not an option !!
    Any advice would be great.
    Thanks,
    Paul.

These are not X10 devices. Company called Enocean produces what you are looking for.
www.enocean.com/en/ and for the UK shop http://www.enoceanshop.co.uk/catalog/default.asp
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

      Thanks for quick response Toscal.

Has anybody used these products as it's always better to get 'real life' feedback rather than manufacturers claims.

      Paul.
