A word of warning for those running Vista and install SP1:

You get an upgraded RDP client and the command line has changed. /console has been replaced by /admin

This caused me a few headaches for a while as I kept wondering why I aas getting a new instance of Cortex that failed to start the network (because another copy was running in the console session)

Has anyone tested Cortex on Server 2008 I wonder? (thinking about upgrading my central server...)

    Cheers

Yeah caught me out as well the change in oomand-line, but thankfully I knew the change was coming. MS have done it because Windows 2008 doesn't allow connection to session 0, so console is a bit of a misnomer.

As for Windows 2008 I haven't tried it yet myself.
