Speaker Wall Switch

I need to switch a speaker input between 2 rooms and am looking for a nice switch. Volume is controlled remotely. I just need a A/B/A+B switch. It will be on the wall in a utility room and needs to look like a light switch.

Does anyone know where I can get one?
