I believe it is recommended to use an Interference Suppressor in-line with the load when using low-voltage halogen lighting.
My question is, how important is it to use one of these? I have a 1A MCB is in-line with the load to (hopefully) prevent damage. I will also be using LED lights (rather than halogens) if this makes a difference - they still use a transformer. :?:
