Thought I'd register and introduce myself. I'm planning to automate some stuff around the house like lighting and this seemed a good place to start researching!
I have extensive pc hardware and software background, wrote payroll software for 11 years before going self-employed to build web sites.
So far I just have a home network, several servers, NAS, security cameras and the like.
I like my coffee white one sugar please.
