    Default Case for NAS

Can anyone recommend a suitable case for building a NAS server. Ideally I'm looking for a rackmount case that can support 16 or more SATA drives. Doesn't have to be rackmount, but it would be nice.

After doing a fairly lengthy search on google, I've found a company called xcase who seems to sell Norco cases and Chenbro cases. Only problem is the reviews for the Norco cases suggest the quality isn't great. Haven't seen many reviews for Chenbro.

I've also seen Span selling external SAS cases made by Netstor but they seem fairly expensive.

So my question is....Has anyone found a good quality case that can support 16 or more SATA drives that doesn't cost the earth?

Rack mount anything seems to be an excuse to charge more.
Last time I looked for a rackmounted drive enclosure it was over 500 pounds. I ended up using an old PC tower. Lian Li does a 12 bay case but its still probably expensive. http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product...ndex=61&g=spec
Thermaltake also do a case as well, http://uk.thermaltake.eu/product_inf...me=Armor&ovid=

This one is pretty cool http://uk.thermaltake.eu/product_inf...MozartTX&ovid= as its designed to take 2 motherboards in one case.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

    Have you seen this article?

ISTR that the author used a (couple of) CoolerMaster Stacker CM cases. Not rack-mount though...
