x10 Appliance Module UK Switch rapidly clicking on and off

I have an AW10U Appliance Wall Switch from "Lets Automate" controlling the lights in my garage. It has now started to act in a strange fashion. It clicks on and off very rapidly when the button is touched. I have disabled it for fear of a short or something similar.

Is this a faulty switch or something else? It was have got a little damp as we have had a lot of rain recently and it is moist in the air.

    Many thanks

    Martin.

Hmmm thought as much. Do you have any recommendations for a suitable unit to use in this environment?

Stick a new one in a water proof box.
