The only thing I can think of are the digimax thermostats. And then there are the thermostats from RCS http://www.resconsys.com/products/stats/x10.htm but these are quite expensive. But are quite useful. I think the RCS use the extended x10 codes, and use the dim and bright commands to send temp data.
They also do other versions using RS485 serial links etc.
