does anyone know how to reset the silicon pixel gallery mv1000 to factory settings. I got the manual from one of the posts on this site, but it hasn't helped my problem. I'm not able to get into the serial interface w/ the factory password. I assume the password has been changed from the factory code, and I can't get pass this. any help would be appreciated thanks.
