Default 1 -10v fluorescent wireless dimmer?

    Hello

I'm going to purchase a lamp. It has a fluorescent electronic ballast and I have asked the seller how I can dimmer it and he answer me that I need a
    "1-10v fluorescent regulator".
I would like to control the lamp with any domotic system and i don't know how.
I'm interested in use some wireless solution like z-wave or enocean to control all lamps in the house. Anybody knows which elements do I need?
Thank you in advance, and sorry about my bad English.
    Best regards

    Gabriel

    Here's a 0-10V Ballast:

...and a CBus 0-10V Dimmer Module:

I did scan for a Z-Wave ot EnOcean dimmer module but couldn't see one in my brief search.

    HTH,

    Tim.
