I am seeking to find a reason for, and a remedy, for ‘beeping’ Baxi Solo 2 central heating boiler. For the last 8 weeks or so it has started to give two beeps every two minutes as regular as clockwork, throughout the days and nights.
Gas boiler engineers have looked at it and pronounced it to be in full working order but can find no reason for it to beep, and a telephone call to Baxi didn’t bring forth any answer.
All possibly associated equipment in the house has been disconnected by a professional electrician in case something like a smoke alarm or gas detector was giving off alarm beeps that were being mistakenly being ‘read’ as coming from the boiler, but the beeps continued.
Has anyone else experienced this situation please?
