    Migrating from X10 to PLCBus

Has any one done this. Is PLCBus more reliable. From what I have seen it seems to be, and faster.
Just thinking about redoing and expanding my HA setup. I would like to go with something like Idratek but the wife doesn't want me upsetting the house with yet more cabling and building work. So PLCBus seemed like a good option. And since they now do the an XM10 compatible interface I can just connect this to my HomeVision unit, and off I go.

    Hi Toscal,

I've done this to some extent, phased out most of my light switches and plug in modules to PLC BUS. Works well with Homeseer.

I'm quite happy with it (don't understand why it's not more popular)...

If comfort uses the XM10 module to transmit the X10 signals then you should be able to use the XM10 compatible interface

Found this on the Comfort forum, looks like the answer is yes.
