    More DFP questions

    Hi,

A couple of more questions on the DFP's:

    1) When you create a menu, how do you get it to actually display on the DFP ? I have it so the buttons menu displays it, but on pressing the associated number the actual display doesnt change to the menu?

    2) After a Skype call, the OK button (And sometimes the messages button) stays on and I can't get it to go off unless I reset the DFP. Anyone else experienced this, or is there something I'm not doing?

    Thanks!

I assume a button on the DFP is configured to start the menu e.g MyMenu.Start?
Does it actually start? That is does it start speaking to you?
If so, but does not display I suspect the menu 'MyMenu' does not have its annunciate properties set to Display.
Visit MyMenu Behaviour. Visit Second Button bottom left (annunciate).
Display prompts | Enabled - check.
