Default HC60NG now reduced to 6.5A

Does anyone know why Honeywell have reduced the maximum rating of the HC60NG from 10A to 6.5A? It still has a 16A relay onboard.

I've attached a photo - does anyone have an older 10A rated one that it can be compared against to see what the differences might be? The user guide is really messed up too with the new rating printed in some places and the old rating along with advice of maximum heating load of 2.3KW still in there stating it's 10A rated in the diagrams!

Strange that the NC and NO sides of the relay are shown with different ratings too!

Although this suggests that was always the case:

I should have also added a question: do you think it's safe to use to control a 1.5KW electric underfloor heating mat? I spoke to Richard @ TheEvohomeShop which is where I purchased this, and he seemed to suggest it was within tolerance. My maths suggests it is very close if it is.

Just under the limit. Is it a straight connection or does it have a fancy controller that might mess with the power factor?

This is my plan. Is it bad I've gone to this much detail? Probably a side effect of being a PC Pro subscriber
