Installing a new device with z-way never gets past "Configuring device"

I'm trying to install a new device (my first), it's a Fibaro universal sensor and the controller is a Razberry daughter board installed on a Raspberry PI..

I start the inclusion via the z-way interface, push the "B" button 3 times & it is found, then it goes to "Configuring device please wait ..." and that's as far as it gets.

I've uploaded the logs http://pastebin.com/w5RBGgWA, including the bit where I excluded it after the last attempt to add it.

I'm running the device off a 9V battery at the moment on my bench while I get it all set up, I notice 9V is the minimum voltage, could that be effecting it?

If I browse back to the UI after a while, it does list the device & it's sensor (2 buttons & 3 "sensors") but I can't get the buttons to register an event when I trigger them, I'm assuming this is down to the problem setting it up though. It also reports that the interview is incomplete, I assume that's what's going on during the configuration phase above.

    What should I try next?
