Evohome WiFi connection technical question

Hi,

I already used the Evohome monchrome version with HR80s about 2 years.
Because I satisfied with it I decide to change to the newest Wifi enabled Evohome model.
Everything - setup,bindings - working fine.
But when I want to join my wireless network there is an error.
I've got a hidden wireless network with manual IP settings (not using DHCP).
I think the Evohome did not like the manual settings,because when i started to broadcast the SSID he found the network.

So please somebody help me with this question.
If I can't use DHCP in my router,I can't connect the internet with my Evohome,I can't use Total Connect app,and finally I can't get updates to my Evohome system?

Both those "security" measures don't provide any additional security, and I'd recommend you revert to a "normal" configuration (visible SSID with DHCP). With DHCP you should be able to restrict it to known MAC addresses (via a DHCP Reservation), but I don't know the capabilities of your router.
