Default Active Home Vista gives 'Not Connected' error trying to access CM12U

    Hi,

I have installed Active Home Vista on my PC using Windows 7 64 Bit.

I cannot get access to the CM12U to download macros and timers as I get the NOT CONNECTED message.
I have set the port to COM1 in the options and the CM12U is connected via a serial port.

As an aside how do I configure things to use a CM12U with a USB interface?

    Any help gratefully received!

    Thanks, Roland

Probably a bit late. But did you solve this.
Try setting active home to run in Windows XP mode.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
