    CM12 Module

    Hi there,

I'm new to this X10 malarky and wonder if someone might be able to answer me a quick question.

I have purchased the CM12 module (USB) for my computer, two "Socket Rockets" and two LM12U Lamp Modules. I also purchased the "Mini Controller"; all from LetsAutomate.com.

Now, using the Mini Controller, I can control both the ceiling light using the Socket Rocket and the Lamp using the LM12U but I can't seem to control ANYTHING using ActiveHome on my PC.

What am I missing?!?!?!? Do I need a TM13U, also???

    Many thanks

You do not need TM13U, you need it ONLY if you want to control your modules wirelessly. Does ActiveHome recognised the CM12U module?

      Hi there,

How will I know if it has recognised it?!?! I might actually try using the Serial port instead of USB and see if that helps.
