Question: has Honeywell been quietly pushing out firmware updates to the original Gateway? I ask because, since the last server maintenance period, I have been getting batches of e-mails relating to loss/restore with the Total Connect server. Rameses kindly offered to refer the matter to Evohome Support. Since Wednesday, with one exception, my Gateway's connection to the server has been fine. The one exception was a 20 minute break in internet service late Friday afternoon which the ISP acknowledges was a technical fault.
