Replacement hot water sensor

Does anyone know if it's possible to source a replacement hot water sensor for the Evohome system? Mine has started dropping out for an hour or two at a time according to the fault log on the controller. Changed the batteries and all wiring is secure so now out of ideas. Worked fine for a year (so typically just out of warranty!).

As far as I can tell the sensor is only available as part of a kit including a new BDR91.
