Marmitek Cm11 USB Connection problem

Hello,

just bought marmitek hardware, and I have serious problem to connect the CM11 using USB connection.

One time I had connection, but I had several USB warning telling that the USB Peripheral is unknown.
Of course I follow the install procedure. First install USB driver, and after ActiveHome,...

But now connection is not possible.

Could you help me ? Thanks.

I know the usb port is seen to be more modern, but do you have a plain old 9pin serial port free on your computer? The marmitek usb cm11's are just a normal serial cm11 and the usb cable itself has the usb->serial adaptor built into it, and usually they come with both the usb and serial leads in the box...
If you just plug directly into your serial port, you eliminate the usb and any potential problems with the same performance..
