    Default Total Connect - Loss of Communication

    From about 6pm this evening, I have been getting a series of communication lost followed by communication restored messages. Each message is coming through twice with the same time code. It's not a wifi problem as we have been on IPads etc. Anyone else getting similar messages?

    Yes...

    From 19:26 to 21:28 eleven instances of lost system communication, immediately followed by communication restored.

    Again not a wifi or WLAN problem.

    Same here - Its a Honeywell problem, shame they don't update customers with a post, email, etc?

    I agree with BasilUK; hopefully someone from Honeywell will advise us what happened.

    I wonder what effect these interruptions in communication would have if one had a Honeywell security system installed ?
