Have now eventually run in cables. In main lounge where my dvd,sky multiroom etc are going to be located what sort of plate can i get for this?
I have been advised to sink 6, 47mm double socket boxes into wall in 2 rows of 3. Then routing different cables ie multiroom audio into 1 of them, plasma tv cables into another etc.
Then getting a plate manufactured to suit.

With the knowledge u guys have is there anything on the market for this situation?

Vex mentioned Legrands tv corner, but i failed to find anything

Thanks again Vex,Otto and Cable Tiefor the information and 'putting up' with these questions. You have been a great help

Will send some photos just before plasterer is let loose!

*This topic is very popular. Must be a lot of self builds out there who are scratching their head like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Joe,

I have just finished producing a flier on exactly this subject.

    TV corner looks like this

They come as 8, 12 and 18way modules spaces.

The module look like the lower row of this lot

As well as these all the standard TV, Data, Telephone and Power modules are also available.

    (Hope the picture links work.)

Sorry Joe, Pics not working for me tonight, will resize and post them tomorrow morning for you, off to bed now.

    Hi Joe,

Here are the pictures I promised last night.

This shows the 8, 12 and 18 way TV corner plates. The 12 way is top left and loaded with RJ45's. Right is an unpopulated 18 way and bottom left is an 8 way loaded with RCA's and Speaker Terminals.

Shows the range of custom modules available, you'll need the bottom row on the picture and running left to right is Audio Phono, Speaker Pair, RGBY Phono Quad, twin F's and Video Phono modules.

There is also a full range of standard RJ45, BT and Data modules. The 12 and 18way back boxes also have an electrical barrier in them, which allows you to add a row or two of 230v sockets and power. Nice!

All of these are available from our installers on the Konnect2 web site.

    Hope these help.
