Whats the difference between the HGS80 and the HGI80

According to this link The HGS80 has a serial interface.

While the HGI80 uses a USB interface.

I saw that. But was wondering if there was any other difference. Also I guess my question was really pointless because I can't find anywhere that actually sells the HGS80 and if it's a serial device then in all probability I'd have to use a serial to USB converter any way. So went for the HGI80. Still don't know what I'm going to use it for. The main purpose was to find out who was triggering my boiler.

I see domoticz lists support for both, but yes I think most people (all ?) use the HGI80 USB version with Domoticz, and that's what the tutorials I've seen seem to cover, so you've picked the right one.

Do you mind me asking where you got it from ? I'm looking at getting one soon and the only units I've found are on EBay ( and I no longer have an account ) Thanks !
