    What does this icon mean? Is there a full list of all symbols somewhere?

    Is it showing optimised start? Not sure where an explanatory list of symbols might be though.

    Yes, it's the optimised start symbol. Here's a link to a helpful document on the Honeywell website which describes all the icons (the second file gives the ones for the newer firmware which includes this optimised start icon):
