What's the underlying URL on the link?
I'm more inclined to suspect c0ck-up rather than conspiracy.

I'm posting this from my 'phone, but can post a screenshot when I get back to a PC.

You may well be correct, the underlying URL is:-
http://survey.clicktools.com/app/survey/response.jsp
It may well be a c0ck-up as I have never raised a technical support issue with Honeywell. Their customer support IT systems certainly seem to
be riddled with problems.

Nigel
Clicktools is SAP, so the kind of thing that Honeywell is likely to be using.

Don’t forget Honeywell have a time machine for twice they have sent me emails to advise of maintenance work and on each occasion the maintenance is to finish before it has started!
nothing to worry about guys, just a change in systems has resulted in some legacy cases being opened inadvertantly
