Hi,
Has anybody had any experience regarding the use of very small footprint temp sensors, for whole house zone temp regulation, that run on a bus system, therefore adressable? Any hints on identifying a workable solution?
Thanks
JayS

Thanks, Dan.
I already knew about that sensor, only haden't found the adequate hardware to interface it with. I now have found from Quasarelectronics.com. Any other sugestions?

You could try the temp08, I don't know about that device thou.
I use a DS9097U and Girder.
You should have a look at the DS2406 addressable switch, you can also use it for detecting an input, on the same bus.
have a look at this site. http://www.jon00.me.uk/ some interesting stuff on it about 1-wire. I beleive Jon is a member here, too. So you may get some input from a pro!...

Try here http://www.audon.co.uk/1-wire_weather.html and scroll down about half way, they do serial and USB one wire adaptors.
