    Evohome actuator MT4-230-NC to replace HR92.

    Can you use a MT4-230-NC actuator connected to a BDR91 to replace a HR92? For instance to control a radiator with the TRV valve under the floor boards.

    Yes, but apart from the battery situation, hr92 or 91 will give better operation.

      Suppose it would be easy enough to wire a hr91 up to a power supply.

        I'd wondered about that too. Sort of a shame they don't offer the option, if you are fitting a whole house it's not much more work to lay some cables.
