Adding thermaskirt to a room where we have a single zone evohome

This is a very old thread but I'm considering Thermaskirt, or similar, in a north facing room that is not much used and suffers badly from condensation. My thinking is that heating in this way will warm the walls and reduce or even stop the damp. The room already has a radiator (which will go) with an HR92 and separate Y87RF (I think itis) thermostat. I plan to reuse these to control the Thermaskirt.

Has anyone anything to add to this thread? It looks like it should work well.
