No heating in bedroom with EvoHome

Our bedroom and ensuite are a multi room zone with hr92 units.
It was working the other day but now nothing. If we set an override on the app, it says this is applied but the units don't update even after 15 minutes and they don't appear to be following the schedule.

With the weather turning cold, what should we do? No errors are reported anywhere we can see.

I assume an override made at the HR92 or controller panel is still working OK ?

If so, refer to this thread, looks like there is a problem with remote control via the phone apps at the moment:

I'm not sure about a direct override on the hr92, but I don't think it's a phone issue. The main controller is showing the requested target temperature whether from schedule or override, the radiator valves just aren't doing anything... And we use the phone app all the time on other rooms without issues.

The problem came to light not because of using our phones, but because the radiators aren't warm when they should be at scheduled times... We get up and the room is freezing!

Does the HR92 show the correct set point that matches the controller ?
