Getting this message with both the App and the total connect website.
"Communication with the system has been lost"
Strange thing is i can still control Evohome with Amazon Echo, and the app and website show the current correct temperatures for all rooms, so its getting the data from somewhere.

I can't even login to the website or app at the moment.
Thats what i get at the minute.
Must be account specific.

I had same issue for around a week. Tried all the steps to resolve( work in IT networks so have good understanding) but with no luck. Was same on website and app. Had sent emails with no response, then during the night received an email to say system Comms was restored! Had never received email to say Comms was lost. Only had system installed for two months but unfortunately it's problem after problem.
Not sure what else to try it's basically a bit useless at the minute.
