    Just phoned them. Problem with the servers they are trying to fix. :-(

      Honeywell seem to have lost the plot ! Servers still down aftyer 4 hours !

      I'm still getting "maintenance in progress" on my 'phone, but the website from my PC now says both:-

      "Oops, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" and

      "Service Fully Operational", but still does not log in.

      This is getting beyond a joke - the servers have been down now (13:48) for 4 hours.

      Still down at 14:40 - FIVE hours !

        Yes. The app will not let me in. I don’t get a reference to maintenance etc. From what others have said here they have found out Honeywell has issues. A big issue is not to tell their customers, a quick email to those affected is not rocket science, but then we are only the customers, we are not important.

          It looks as if the servers are up at last @ 15:35 accessed from my PC and from Android app.

          So down just shy of six hours, with no notice to users - totally unacceptable.

            Apps back up but not actually changing the thermostats.

              This morning, the app is showing correct temperatures of rooms but not the correct schedule temperature. Overriding the schedule from the app does work and as a schedule change occurs, the app then comes back into sync for that room.

                I had the same problem with no access via iOS app but funnily enough control via Alexa was working OK. This surprises me as that's an external API 'user' too, just like the app.

                  I'm away from home, but returning this afternoon.

                  I logged on the the on-line Windows program to turn the hot water on to get the "Updating your zone settings" message for 8 minutes.

                  I then tried the Android app. which once failed to update, but appeared to succeed at the second attempt.

                  It is most frustrating:-

                  To have no advance notice of pre-planned server downtime - there is no excuse for this

                  To have no notice & updates of unplanned server downtime. An email saying sever down, we hope it will be back up in nn minutes, and will advise you when service is restored.

                  Not to be able to rely on heating & hot water controls to work 100%

                      Fine here.

                      Even though your internet was up your ISP might have been having routing / peering issues.

                          Just tried the website and it's not working either. Tried via home wifi and Vodafone so unlikely to be at my end.
