I tried to use Alexa to turn the downstairs heating off, "sorry the <zone> is not responding". Checked the TCC iPhone app, (which uses the V2 API) "Failed to get account information", retry or logout.

Checked my graphing system, (which uses the V1 API) "500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url: https://tccna.honeywell.com/WebAPI/api/locations?userId=.........." since 8:50pm. It's now 9:35pm and still down so will be interesting to see how long it lasts. Ouch.

It had actually been quite reliable for me lately.
Yeah can't login though the webpage says service is operational. Trying to warm up the house on my way home... Grr

This drives me nuts. I regularly rely on remote access to Evo and rejected Tado solely because it was server based. It seems I called it wrong. When it operates as billed it works for me perfectly.

It may be you have some other problem. I am having no issues with remote operation and have not for some time. I have recently been away from home for a few days and had no issue checking, adjusting and operating the system from where I was some considerable distance from home, nor, of course, at home with a direct connection. For the past 4 years plus it has worked with the glitches being few.

Yes the app went through a brief phase of repeatedly chucking out my login credentials but has now become stable again, thankfully.
