So it's Friday morning & they endeavour to respond by Monday evening next week ! Many people, like me, will need to access their hot water & heating systems remotely, to turn up heating in guest rooms, turn heating up or down, as they return from, or go on, vacation. Totally unacceptable.Thank you for your enquiry, We endeavour to respond within 2 business days.

Have any of you Domoticz users ever collated the down time? I'd just be interested to know what the service level is. I'd guess around 99.25%.
Yes, that's a good point. However, I'd bet that when one can't get a Domoticz connection then the app will also be down and hence the app can't be better than the heating system comms. Maybe...
