Does anybody else find accessing Evohome via a browser is hit and miss? I often find that when I try it does not go in. I have ensured the password is correct and indeed taken the forgotten my password route to set a new one. I thought it may be because I am logged in in the app but that can’t be right, particularly as I logged out to double check. The problem has arisen I think since I installed Evohome security which requires you to log in a second time to access it after you have logged in to Evohome heating. A double log in which is odd. I find the solution usually is to ensure I have exited the site, leave it for a short time and then try again.
Logging in is quite a slow and laborious process. The double log in a complete pain.

Evohome Security is just a rebranded 'Le Sucre' so you can use the https://tc20e.total-connect.eu/ site to login directly to your security system without having to first go through TCC. Totally different site with far more data and settings possibilities.

I have been unable to login to https://europe.mytotalconnectcomfort.com since last week sometime. It really annoys me that it is clearly not working for some people, but they insist on stating "Service fully operational"... App (on Android) has been working fine throughout.
