Default Telephone connection to RJ45 socket for patch panel linking

    Can any one help.
I need to connect a BT incoming line in to the back of a RJ 45 socket so it can be used to supply a number of outlets in the system.
The other end(s) would have line adapter pluged into the room socket where required.

    Delboy,

    IIRC.
Take pins 2 and 5 from the incoming telephone line and punch it down across pins 4 & 5 of the patch panel module.

Remembering to turn off the cutter, dress them across upto 4 of the RJ45 Punchdowns which will automatically limit you REN to 4 arount the house.

Then use MASTER RJ45 Adaptors to generate the ring for you.
