Default Advice on the best system to control outdoor Sensors & lighting

Hi! I’ve got a mix of Philips hue, Ring (bell & floodlight cam), regular CCTV, Alexa and smart plugs around the house. It’s all working nicely, and some automation for alerts between the lot.

However, what I want to do is to set up a sensor on my exterior gate. When this is opened, I want floodlights to come on outside and an audible noise inside. This should only happen between 11pm and 7am.

I was thinking of hacking some sort of smart alarm contact point with IFTTT, but ideally I’d need a switch on the inside to turn on these lights too.

Any suggestions for the best hardware to use? I’ve been looking at control4 to see if I can program the whole thing rather than relying on third party cloud based stuff. Obviously if our internet goes down, I’m stuffed!

    Thanks
