I think the problem is actually with Intergas here. Evohome does distinguish via OpenTherm messages between DHW and CH mode requests.

@kevinsmart any examples showing Evohome OT providing the difference between a CH and DHW modes? Mind you, I am looking at the eBUS side of my boiler because that is all my boiler can natively understand. But it does have an OT to eBUS interface which is how I am able to connect the Evohome OT Bridge to my Vaillant boiler.

In my previous house, with Intergas and my weather compensation setup running on the OGTW, I was able to disable weather compensation on an OpenTherm DHW demand.

You can also view the heating mode in the OpenTherm monitor.

In my current house I have a Vokera boiler which apparently is able to distinguish between OpenTherm DHW and CH requests, and respond to a read request for their corresponding max flow temperatures. I’ll confirm when my installation is complete.

I have an Intergas that uses a heat curve for CH, but ramps up to 85C for stored DHW (that is, it heats the cylinder at 85C, until the cylinder reaches 45C) - not controlled by evohome, but deffo controlled by an on/off controller.

So we do confirm that the requests/data pulls from the controller to the OT Gateway seems to have changed with the new firmware, but on a very specific scenario:
The loss of OT data observed by the HGI80 occurs ONLY after a full reboot of the controller.
I had all OT data, with the new firmware until this morning (I did a full reboot of the controller to confirm the findings of Bruce Miranda)

    We are loosing:
    - Boiler Temp & Return Temp, DHW Temp, Control Setpoint, CH Pressure, OEM Codes, ...
    We only keep:
    - Relative Modulation Level, Boiler values & Boiler OT values

So obviously, something is happening with the new firmware on the way the OT data is requested

Actually the controller no longer requests any OT data from the OT Bridge any more. Even Relative Modulation is lost but I spotted it on another message that was being received more frequently so coded Domoticz to use it from that message, rather than the OT messages that were being previously being requested only every 5mins

So Resideo - Why does the controller now no longer care about the OT Boiler parameters in the latest firmware? I thought all OT functionality was unchanged.

And to add to this, it is somehow critical to get those data, as:
    - CH Pressure dropping may cause the boiler to shutdonw.
    - DHW Temp is read even if the DHW module is not enabled, proving that it could be displayed somehow. So it is usefull for some setups (like mine, where the boiler controls the DHW autonomously)
    - Boiler Temp/Return Temps helps ensuring that the CH is behaving well.
    - OEM codes is also critical to know if the Boiler is in failsafe mode or not.

All in all, not getting those data anymore is a shame

Anybody know when the updated software will be rolled out? It is 9 months since this topic was started.

You can apply for it,I did so two or three weeks ago, got after a day or so. Been using it with no problems. Ive found the cold weather boost helpful.
