    Default Rogue zone on app

    I’ve just setup an Evohome system with 10 HR92 over 9 zones. The controller shows them all ok but the app and the web show a tenth zone which has no information in the box except 2 dashes and which is set to 62 degrees.
    Any ideas as to what’s going on here?

    Sounds like the same issue discussed here - https://www.automatedhome.co.uk/vbul...and-Web-Access

    You need to contact honeywell support and ask them to remove it for you

    Or just delete the location and repair the installation to the app.

    I did this last night, they replied to me this morning asking for a picture of the label on the unit, which I sent, and it was done a couple of hours later. Pretty impressive!
