I have been informed that Resideo do not have a software team assigned to Evohome at the moment. And bug fixes aren't high on their priority road map.
We have begun to expect indefinite product support, especially where a software update is possible. The WiFi version of Evohome was the only upgradable version. We have atleast seen 3 updates during the product life, 3 more than the V1 and V2 controllers. So I guess we need to feel lucky.
Keeping a development team around to deal with bug fixes isn't high on any business' priorities.
