The Honeywell Home app in all regions will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday January 11 for approx. 4 hours starting at 12:00 AM EST/ 5:00 AM GMT.

Connected devices will continue to function but may not be controllable through the app during this time window.

Nice of them to give ahead warning this time, even if only on a channel where no person in their right mind should want to be on. Either way, at 07:39 GMT still no miscommunications logged and it also responds to overrides.

I agree. A most peculiar place to tell customers the system will be down. They are quite capable of sending customers an email or a text.
