    Are you on latest firmware ? should be 02.00.19.33

    To check go to Settings --Device Settings press this for 15 seconds or so you can then see your current firmware version (apologies if you already know this)

    There has been all sorts of suggestions as to why Resido have not automatically applied updates.

    I think you will need to contact Resido and ask them to update, there are posts somewhere as to how to go about that ,I can only suggest you to a search on this platform or wait until someone comes along and provides the answer

    They have updated the firmware to 02.00.19.33, it shows Cold Weather Boost is disabled.

    To enable refer to earlier post,it wont be enabled by default. if you cant enable you would need to contact them again

    Thanks. Whilst getting Resideo to update the firmware, we have talked about my initial problem and although it is not resolved yet, they have been extremely helpful.
