    Smart Light PIR sensor

    Hi,

I have some outdoor lights that are currently controlled by a PIR movement sensor and dusk to dawn. So if it's dark and it detects movement, it turns on the lights for 2 mins. This is not 'smart' as not connected to wifi etc.

I'm keen to replace this with a 'smart' solution that lets me turn on the lights at set times or in response to certain Alexa/IFTTT routines etc. But I also want it to act as it currently does - ie come on when it detects movement at night. Note the lights on the circuit are not smart.

Is there anything I can use to do this or can anyone recommend a workaround? I've seen the Philips hue movement sensor, but this only seems to work if you have hue smart bulbs etc and it's not hard wired in? Ideally I'm looking for a standard PIR sensor that can be wired in and work on its own but with an additional smart capabiliity built in?

    Thanks!

Have a look at Shelly products.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
