There must be a supply issue, after several weeks of ever retreating estimated delivery from the 'usual' suspects I sourced a new one on eBay . I would speculate a chip shortage , and the low value chips in the HR get pushed down the delivery stack in preference to higher value consumer item chips.
Another source says that HR92UK availability will not be for another five to six months! How can a product line survive with a gap like this! I would love to feel positive about EvoHome but, in these circumstances, that feels rather difficult!
I ordered 2 boxes of the HR924s from Amazon in February, and wasn’t expecting to get them until March/April. I suddenly got an email last week to say they were back in stock and would be delivered on 25/02. Did have a problem with one of the HR92s delivered with the battery level indicator only showing 2 bars with the new batteries fitted. Amazon did send another box out for me though which arrived next day. I’m still waiting for a single HR92 I have on order however.
In that they said they were in the warehouse and took my money. Today they tell me they will be here mid May!
Thats why I decided to order via Amazon, as they didn't charge my credit card until they were dispatched. I did look at other retailers who also wanted the money upfront too.
Seems a few suppliers are stating the HR92s will not be available until early 2023 now! However I’ve had a single unit on order with Amazon since February and today have just received an email giving an estimated delivery of 05/04/2022. I decided today to order an additional one, which has also been given the same delivery date.
