    email address stuck in Evohome

    A strange one this:
    We have recently moved house. I gave my password etc to the new owner and he has taken over the system. However I sometimes get messages ref an instruction failing

    i.e.We would like to notify you that your attempt to remotely implement a change to the following zone failed etc

    The new owner is in IT and therefore is conversant with these kind of systems. Any ideas where my email address is buried and how it might be changed for the new owners?

    It's stored against your Total connect account that you handed over your password for, you should've kept control of that, removed the system from it when you moved out and let the new owner set up his own account.
