You need to contact honeywell support and ask them to remove it for you
I’ve just setup an Evohome system with 10 HR92 over 9 zones. The controller shows them all ok but the app and the web show a tenth zone which has no information in the box except 2 dashes and which is set to 62 degrees.
Any ideas as to what’s going on here?

Or just delete the location and repair the installation to the app.
